Dr. Dimple Maun

Board Certified Pediatrician by The American Board of Pediatrics, Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics

Dr. Dimple Maun was born in Boston, Massachusetts and moved to Southern California at the age of 3. She began her undergraduate education at the University of California Berkeley where she received a BA in Molecular & Cell Biology and Immunology. Dr. Maun graduated from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, W. Indies, with a Doctor of Medicine. Following medical school, she completed her Pediatric Internship and Residency at the State University of New York’s Children’s Medical Center of Brooklyn & King’s County Hospital Center.

Dr Maun began her professional career in the Northeast where she gained extensive experience from her work in busy clinics in New York City and Newark, NJ. Prior to joining Kennesaw Pediatrics, she worked as a community pediatrician and managing partner for A To Z Pediatrics in Dover, NJ.

Dr. Maun understands that parents want individualized treatment and special care for their children. She has invaluable firsthand experience as a mother and strives to treat her patients the way that she would want her children to be treated. Dr. Maun is board certified in Peidatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Her special areas of interest include breastfeeding, nutrition and obesity.
