I am not sure if my child needs to see the doctor or not. What should I do?

If you are unsure about scheduling an appointment and would like to speak with one of our nurses give us a call. Our experienced call line nurses follow telephone protocols developed by renowned pediatrician, Dr. Barton Schmitt, and also work closely with our physicians in order to best advise our parents.

When you call please give the receptionist all pertinent information about your child’s condition and your concerns. She will document the information as you are speaking and send it immediately to our call nurse. All calls are returned BY THE END OF THE DAY. If the nature of your concern requires immediate attention, you should seek immediate medical care.
