As you begin your journey into parenthood, you may have many questions. We are here to help! This free class is for families who are in the last months of pregnancy or have a baby up to 8 weeks old.
About the class:
In this class, led by a pediatric nurse and experienced mom, you’ll receive concrete advice and reassurance on the subjects you are, or soon will be, experiencing. We cover feeding, including breastfeeding and formula, stooling, burping, sleeping, crying, diapering, car seats and, last but not least, taking care of yourself.
Class is held the third Saturday of each month at 10 am in the Well Waiting Room. Bring a pen and notepad if you’d like to take notes.
This class is a part of Baby Basics Saturday. Baby 101 is offered from 10:00 am to 11:30 am and Breastfeeding 101 is offered from noon to 2:00 pm. You may take both classes or just one. Snack are provided, but if you plan to take both classes, we recommend you also bring a packed lunch. The lunch break is 30 minutes and there are a limited number of fast food restaurants within short driving distance.
