An Atlanta native, Dr. Reid graduated with her Bachelor of Science from Oglethorpe University in Brookhaven. She attended medical school in sunny South Florida at Nova Southeastern University. And after graduation, she returned home to Georgia to complete her pediatric training at The Medical Center of Central Georgia, with Mercer University, in Macon.
Dr. Reid completed 7 months of neonatal-perinatal medicine, caring for the very premature and very sick newborns before returning to her first love of general pediatrics. She enjoys caring for all ages, birth through late adolescence. In addition to routine health checks and sick visits, Dr Reid has a special interest in ADHD, obesity, and other complex medical conditions. Her NICU experience makes her especially fond of caring for former premature infants who sometimes require extra attention.
Aside from medicine, she enjoys spending time with family, playing with her dogs, traveling and dancing.
